How We Treat

Advanced outpatient physical therapy tailored to your recovery.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Focused care for pain relief, healing, and better movement.

Premier Physical Therapy in Arlington, TX offers hands-on physical therapy built around myofascial release, plus dry needling, shockwave therapy, low-level laser therapy, electrical stimulation and aquatic therapy. Every plan of care is led by owner and physical therapist Eva Bertrand, PT, and is built around what's causing your pain, not just where it hurts. We see patients from Arlington, Grand Prairie, Pantego, and Dalworthington Gardens.

What Happens at Your First Visit

Your first visit is a full evaluation. Eva will ask about your symptoms, your history and your goals, then check how you move, where you're tight and what makes the pain better or worse. Before you leave, you'll have a written plan of care that says which treatments we recommend, how often you'll come in, and roughly how many visits it should take.

Not sure if physical therapy is right for you? Book a discovery session. It's a conversation with no treatment, so you can ask questions and find out if we're a good fit before you commit.
